Teresa Giudice Shares a Peek at Her Holiday Dinner with a "Special Person"
The RHONJ mom enjoyed a night out with her four daughters and a close family friend: "She means so much to me."
Nothing brings loved ones together quite like the holidays.
As she prepares for her family’s Caribbean vacation, Teresa Giudice took some time to celebrate one of her closest and dearest friends. The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG took to Instagram on December 23 to document a “special holiday dinner” with her four daughters — Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana Giudice — and their longtime family friend, Lisa Giammarino.
The ladies got together at Ristorante MV, an upscale Italian restaurant located in Bernardsville, New Jersey. Teresa and her daughters — whom she shares with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice — posted some clips and photos of their meal, which included Italian staples, like clams, pasta, salad, and an assortment of bread. They also uploaded several pictures of them posing outside the eatery and near the famous 1955 Fiat Cinquecento parked on the patio.

“Special holiday dinner with a special person that is very dear to our hearts,” Teresa captioned the Instagram. “She means so much to me and my daughters. She was there for them while I was away and put a smile on all there faces and made time go by faster. She also had an amazing bond with my mom. Love you Lisa.”
Lisa returned the kind words in the comments section, where she shed more light on her relationship with Teresa’s family.
“Such a great night! It meant so much that all 4 girls came even with their busy schedules,” she wrote. “You, the girls, Joe, and your parents will always hold a special place in my heart and when I think back to that time, I smile thinking of all the memories. I will never forget all the time I spent with your mom and how she would make me laugh. I still miss her and think of her often. All four of your daughters have grown into such amazing young women. They’re respectful, thoughtful, and kind and I’m really proud of them. Love you.”

Before the reunion dinner, Gia filmed a “get ready with me” TikTok in which she gushed over Lisa and reflected on everything she’s done for her family.
“She was there for us, tremendously, when my mom was away,” the Rutgers University grad said. “When my mom was away, it was very difficult and [Lisa] basically tried to shine a light on every situation. She would bring us to her New York City apartment during the holidays and take us to the tree and go ice skating at Rockefeller Center… There are just so many core memories that she did for my sisters and I, just to help us through that time.”
What's next for the Giudice girls?
Teresa is now gearing up for a trip to the Bahamas, where she and her daughters will ring in the new year with Joe. The Jersey mom spoke about her travel plans during a BravoCon 2023 panel, confirming she and her girls will be joined by her current husband, Luis "Louie" Ruelas.
"My ex-husband Joe is doing great, he's living in the Bahamas," she said during the discussion. "As a matter of fact, we're going to spend New Year's Eve with him, so we're all going with the family. It was [my husband Luis "Louie" Ruelas'] idea, it was really nice. The girls are so excited that we're gonna be together...The Aydins are coming as well, Jennifer [Aydin] and Bill, so we're gonna have a lot of fun for New Year's Eve."
