How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Peacock and the Bravo app.

In The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13 After Show video above, the Garden State ladies dish on their cosmetic procedures, and in true Jersey fashion, they don’t hold anything back. After Rachel Fuda shows off her new veneersMelissa Gorga admits, “Everybody gets a little tune-up after [their first season].”

That much has been true for Margaret Josephs, who joined The Real Housewives of New Jersey in Season 8. Back in 2019, the blonde beauty revealed she had a little refresh by getting a facelift, Then, in 2020, she shared that she had a “boob lift” and “reduction” by plastic surgery contour expert Dr. Joseph Michaels, who was also responsible for some of Dolores Catania’s cosmetic procedures

In a recent text Q&A session with fans, Margaret shared whether she’s had any recent work done and if she’d consider having more surgeries anytime soon.

“No, I had all my surgeries a few years ago!” the Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget author shared during the session. In a separate text, she added that she has “lost 20 lbs,” but it wasn’t by going under the knife.

“Because I’m a woman of a certain age, I’m on hormone replacement, peptide shots, I don’t drink alcohol, [and] I eat pretty clean,” Margaret shared about her recent slim-down. “I also do the Peloton and I walk a lot! I’m really big about getting my steps in! And I drink tons of water!”

In May 2022, Margaret spoke about wellness being her top priority, opening up about her hormone replacement journey in New You.

“I am very concerned with health,” Margaret explained to the publication, sharing how, in addition to regular exercise and cutting “a lot of dairy” from her diet, she started taking OmegaXL, an omega-3 supplement. While she said the capsules “really changed everything,” another medication has made her feel “so much better.”

“What has truly improved my life is hormone replacement,” Margaret revealed. “Many women for years weren’t doing hormone replacement, and they were fearful of cancer. However, after going through menopause, just the beginning of it, within the first two months of having hot flashes, brain fog, moodiness, and several other symptoms, I said, ‘This is not for me.’ There’s no reason women have to suffer.”

Her solution: “I immediately went and did my research and got hormone pellets, which has taken care of me,” she said. “I felt so much better!”
