Margaret Josephs Shares a Look at Her “Decadent” Easter Spread
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member celebrated the holiday with caviar and Joe Benigno’s “special” dish.
On April 17, Margaret Josephs was, as she put it, "doing Easter right."
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member showed the fancy way she kicked off her holiday celebrations in an Instagram Story video. "Before the Easter egg hunt, we started with caviar," Margaret says, showing the chips, Black Diamond caviar, and a dessert on her kitchen island. "We're a little decadent." Later, Margaret shared a clip of Joe Benigno proudly showing off his "special Easter ham."
"Are you the Easter bunny?" she asks with a laugh, to which Joe responds, "For some people." The same day, Margaret shared a sweet moment with her loved ones in an Instagram post and quipped that their celebration was "Eggstra AF."
While Margaret certainly has an appreciation for lavish foods like caviar, as she explains in the Lunch Hour by Bravo video above, a fast-food midday meal from time to time is also her personal version of "heaven." After hitting a drive-through, Margaret eats a cheeseburger and fries in her car and declares, "A little grease never hurt no one."
