Melissa Gorga's husband celebrated his special day with sweet treats that honored his Italian heritage.
On the March 17 episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga hosted an alfresco dinner party for her husband Joe, who was celebrating his 46th birthday. With guests including Teresa Guidice, the bash included a preset menu of steak, pasta, and salads. There were also plenty of sweet treats — and we're not just talking about the pineapple.
In an Instagram post from March 17, Melissa shared a throwback photo that showed off Joe's birthday desserts. The construction pro was holding up a dessert board that featured the colors of the Italian flag, and a frosted cookie shaped in its likeness. In front of Joe, another dessert was covered in powdered sugar, and it had a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
There were more lavish treats where that came from. The table also held Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Brut Gold champagne, which goes for about $300 a bottle.
