Jennifer Fessler Debuts a New Look Inspired by Dorit Kemsley
The RHONJ friend dubbed her new hairstyle "The Dorit."
Jennifer Fessler is taking style cues from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Dorit Kemsley.
On Thursday, January 11, The Real Housewives of New Jersey friend shared video of her recent trip to J Orsini Salon, a Garden State business that specializes in cuts, color, highlights, and extensions. The clip began with Jennifer sitting in a salon chair as she consulted with the eponymous owner/stylist Janine Orsini.
“Janine, have you seen Beverly Hills?” the brunette asked before describing the kind of hair color she wanted. “Dorit? It’s kind of a chestnutty… You know what I’m talking about, Janine? Dorit. Dorit.”

The video then cut to the final results: “Hello Dorit,” Jennifer said to the camera while debuting her lighter hair with soft waves.
“‘The “Rachel’?” she captioned the clip. “It’s all about the DORIT!”
Jennifer’s post included several reference photos of Dorit’s “honey bronde” locks, which she unveiled in 2023 after spending years as a blonde. She spoke about her transformation during a Page Six interview back in April, saying she simply felt it was time for a change.

“Being a blonde, it’s very high-maintenance,” she explained. “And I’m so high-maintenance as it is, I just feel like my hair should not be as high-maintenance!”
The Beverly Beach founder went on to say that her latest hair change pushed her to “explore other elements” of her personal style, which has always been “representative of [her] mood.”
“Truly, I dress myself,” she said. “I don’t know why I take this upon myself and create more work for myself, but I’m so particular about it. So, I think the brown hair for me … I wanted something fresh, I wanted something different and it felt like, ‘You know what? It’s about time.’”

Just like Dorit, Jennifer isn't afraid to switch up her appearance. The podcast host spoke about her updated look during the RHONJ Season 13 reunion when host Andy Cohen brought up her relatively quick transformation.
“Usually it takes a little longer,” he told the Jersey friend.
“I got completely redone,” she said with a laugh. “I don’t even recognize myself. I look in the mirror, and I have no idea who I am.”
Jennifer has been open about her cosmetic procedures, which included a facelift, neck lift, and a nose job performed by plastic surgeon, Dr. Sam Rizk.
“I cannot believe what this magician has done for my face and for my self-esteem!” she wrote in an April 2023 Instagram post that showed off her new look. “One of the best decisions.”
