Dolores Catania Reveals If She Plans to Sell Her House Now That She Lives with Paul
The RHONJ cast member shared what she plans to do with her newly renovated house after moving into her boyfriend Paul "Paulie" Connell's home.
Dolores Catania has relocated quite a bit over the last few years, moving between her now ex-boyfriend David Principe's house (that she helped build), a gorgeous townhouse rental, and her primary home which underwent a massive renovation in 2021.
The home transformation took more than a year to complete, and not long after it was finally finished, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member made a decision that even she was surprised by: She moved into her boyfriend Paul "Paulie" Connell's home.
"I live with Paul now," Dolores revealed on Season 13 Episode 11, to which Danielle Cabral responded, "I didn't know that you officially moved in." Dolores went on to explain, "We went away on vacation, and then when we came back, he said, 'Don't go. Just stay.'"
Dolores' castmates saw Paulie's home for the first time on Season 13 Episode 9, and they were blown away by the chic abode. “Oh my god, this place is gorgeous,” Jennifer Aydin said, while Rachel Fuda quipped, “I feel so rich in this house.” Danielle called the house “breathtaking,” and Jackie Goldschneider declared it was “stunning.”
Jennifer Fessler was floored when she walked in, asking, “Where am I? The Taj Mahal?” and adding in an interview, “I’m trying not to be jealous of Dolores, but it is so, like, 50 Shades of Grey. Like, I’m becoming desperate to find the red room.”
Now that she's settled into her new abode, Dolores recently shared if she plans to say goodbye to her recently renovated house.
Is Dolores Catania Selling Her House?
At the May 3 Dancing Queens premiere party in New York City, Dolores told BravoTV.com that although she lives with Paulie, she plans to keep her primary home, which is currently occupied by her son, Frankie, her daughter, Gabby, and their many pets.
"I can't sell the house. It's become a dog shelter," she joked. "With my daughter and my son there, there [are] about seven dogs, and everybody's living happily in the house that I've redone. So, it's there to stay."
