Nothing brings on a bout of nostalgia quite like your childhood home. When I recently visited my hometown for a high school reunion, I drove by the house where I grew up and introduced myself to the new owners who were gardening outside. They insisted I come in for a tour, and stepping foot in that towering Victorian was akin to stepping in a time machine. Every nook and cranny I laid eyes on came with memories, from playing hide and seek in the coat closet to chasing my sister up the back staircase.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Jennifer Aydin is likely reminiscing about her own childhood memories this week, now that the Long Island home she grew up in is for sale.
