The Real Housewives of Dallas nurse recently celebrated her 43rd year in style with a surprise party organized by her husband, Mark Deuber. Her closest friends and family gathered together to celebrate her and they truly pulled out all the stops.
First, Cary was surprised with a beautiful cake courtesy of her employees. Then later in the day, Mark arranged for a celebration complete with massive flower arrangements, cut-outs of her face (as well as a life-size cut-out!), a shirt that says "I Heart Botox," and a glittering crown for Cary to wear.
"To say this has been a Very Happy Birthday is an understatement!!" Cary wrote on Instagram. "My sweet husband @drmarkdeuber really pulled off a good one this year!! I feel so special & loved."
