"Do you ever do intermittent fasting?" a follower asked Teddi, referring to the buzzy diet trend adopted with success by some other Bravolebs.

Teddi's reply was straightforward: "I do not. I am not a good hangry person..."

Amen to that — we feel you, Teddi! (Plenty of people can relate, in fact: The word "hangry" was even officially added to the dictionary last year.)

For that reason, Teddi added, "It's not sustainable for my life."
