Most recently, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach revealed with her followers the simple breakfast she turns to on the regular as a way to kickstart her busy days as an uber-fit working mama.

Showing a countertop setup of three ingredients, Teddi wrote, "Oatmeal. Little brown sugar. Raspberries. Easy. Filling and good for me."

Calling the meal her "go to breakfast," she further explained, "I am working out at 7:30 am so today I will eat after workout so I am not running on a full tummy."

How to whip it up? "Boiling water/mix into the oats with a little brown sugar and berries. Let sit for a min. Then enjoy. Delish."
