In a January 14 Instagram Story, the Beverly Hills fitness buff shared a screen shot of one of her client's daily reminders. "This [All in by Teddi] client made me smile today," she wrote.

The client's daily reminders included sending a photo of breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinners to Teddi. This is a genius accountability hack we're copying ASAP. After all, who really wants to show off that they've eaten a bacon doughnut for breakfast? Wouldn't you much rather share a photo of a gorgeous yogurt parfait, topped with chia seeds?
