Teddi Shows What Homeschool Looks Like at Her Hollywood Hills House
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom is ready for the new school year at her Hollywood Hills home.
Class is almost in session at Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's Hollywood Hills home. "All revved up because school starts next week," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member said in a recent Instagram Story video showing off a corner of the house featuring a yellow chair and white desk topped with school supplies. "This will be where Cruz will attend Kindergarten. Right here. We're ready!
In another video, Teddi showed where 7-year-old Slate will "be attending second grade." The space boasts a gray desk decorated with a lava lamp, a succulent plant, and a photo of Teddi, Slate, Cruz, Edwin Arroyave, and Edwin's daughter Bella. "Can't believe it. It's all starting. All things are happening." The setup, seemingly in Slate's bedroom, also features more family photos along the wall next to her desk.
Days later, on August 31, Teddi shared a video of Slate sleepily walking into the room where Teddi was sitting. "Last day of sleeping in," Teddi said. "How do you feel about it?" When Slate responded that she was "Sad," Teddi cheerily sang, "School starts tomorrow!"
While the new school setup is currently in their primary Hollywood Hills abode, the family will soon have a new place to call home. Earlier this month, Edwin and Teddi listed the house for $6M shortly after sharing that they were "in escrow" on a $6.49M property in Encino.
Kyle Richards' daughter Farrah Aldjufrie, who is co-listing Teddi's current house with Kyle's husband Mauricio Umansky, shared a full look at the home in an Instagram post. "Incredible for entertaining-central location + those views!" Farrah captioned her post. "SO many great & fun amenities."
Noting that the five-bedroom house "can serve as a great bachelor pad OR an amazing family home," Farrah added, "Rarely do I see a home that can be either of these things!"
