Lisa Rinna Reveals "One of the Greatest" Ab Treatments She's Tried
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom loves the technique so much, she took Erika Girardi to try it.
In Beverly Hills, good friends put you on to the latest and greatest cosmetic treatments available. Take Lisa Rinna for example: During a catch-up session with Erika Girardi in the July 8 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa took Erika to a cosmetic clinic to help Erika get ready to take on Broadway.
During their date, Erika tried the popular treatment EMSculpt for the first time. EmSculpt is a non-invasive procedure that helps build your muscles. One session of the treatment on your abdomen is described as the equivalent of doing 20,000 sit-ups in 30 minutes — and Lisa is a big fan. "You're gonna love this. It is one of the greatest things I've done, and, you know, I've done everything. I swear," she told Erika.
Lisa isn't the only Bravoleb to swear by this treatment: Melissa and Joe Gorga, Cary Deuber, and Tanya Sam have all praised the technique. (Porsha Williams also used it to help her get ready for vacation.)
Following Lisa's advice, Erika tried EMSculpt on her abs and had a one-of-a-kind reaction. Once the machine went on, Erika's eyes opened wide and she let out a moan. "This is wonderful," she said. "Does it go lower?" Lisa chimed in and joked, "Could even be more pleasurable if you moved it down a little bit."
Erika's first experience seemed to be quite satisfying based on her reaction. "It's certainly not a replacement for old-fashioned exercise, but it's important to do s--t like this because in the business I'm in, there is a f--king line out the door to judge you," she said
Lisa also got an EMSculpt treatment, but instead of focusing on her abs, she tried it on her butt. The actress even went prepared with an itty bitty thong. "Even though I know I look good. I know I could wear a crop top. Women of a certain age — they need help," she explained. "I'm gonna do my butt — they say it lifts it like a shelf."
There's nothing like bonding over an ab and butt-toning session — amirite?
