See Every Gorgeous Detail of Kyle Richards' Aspen Vacation Home
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member shared a look inside her former 4-bedroom Colorado abode.
On the August 31 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle Richards was beyond excited to bring her castmates to her beloved Aspen house.
"When [Mauricio Umansky and I] started going to Aspen, we just fell in love with it," Kyle shared in an interview. "And then, finally, [in] May 2019, we finally bought our first home in Aspen."
For the trip, Kyle and Mauricio hosted Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, and Kathy Hilton at their home. Because they couldn't fit the entire group, they also got an incredible rental house for Crystal Kung Minkoff, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, Sheree Zampino, and Sutton Stracke. According to TMZ, the cost to rent the 6,750-square-foot villa is $12,500 per night.
"I actually love the fact that this house is not big because we don't love having a ton of guests," Kyle admitted in an interview. "So we can always say, 'We're so sorry we don't have the space, but there's a great hotel right up the street.'" Diana Jenkins found that out for herself, as she opted to stay in a nearby hotel rather than either of the houses.
Once they arrived at Kyle's house, Lisa, Erika, and Kathy were blown away. "Kyle, this is so cute," Lisa said, while Erika declared, "This is so precious." Kathy, who was in the home for the first time, noted it was "beautiful."
The house has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and jaw-dropping views. While the kitchen has a spacious eat-in island, there is also a separate dining area where the group enjoyed Mauricio's home-cooked meal. The beautiful living room features wood floors, exposed log beams, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and eye-catching rock accent walls. As for outdoor space, one of the two decks boasts a fire pit and cozy seating area.
In June, Kyle announced she was selling the house. “Our family is growing [and] we simply need more space,” she explained, adding that she is “never leaving Aspen.” To conclude her caption at the time, Kyle wrote, “This home is so special to me.” Two months later, she revealed, "We moved into a new house in Aspen."
