Has Sophia Umansky Officially Joined Mauricio’s Brokerage, The Agency?
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter hinted at some serious career moves in a recent Instagram post.
Real estate runs deep in Kyle Richards’ family. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG’s husband, Mauricio Umansky, owns a prestigious luxury real estate firm, The Agency, which has offices in Los Angeles and Aspen, along with other locations. Of course, Mauricio isn’t the only member of Kyle’s crew who’s hung their hat at The Agency (more on that below!). But for now, a serious question: Has Kyle’s daughter Sophia Umansky officially joined the family business?
To review, Kyle’s eldest daughter, Farrah Brittany, is listed as a founder and agent at The Agency on its official website. According to her bio, she’s also a top producer not only in Los Angeles but in the nation.
Kyle and Mauricio’s 26-year-old daughter, Alexia, is also an agent at the brokerage. According to her Agency website bio, she represents buyers and sellers, and serves as a marketing specialist for the Umansky team. Kyle’s niece, Whitney Davis, is also an Agency pro. Kim Richards’ soon-to-be-married daughter is an agent at company.
And now it seems it’s Sophia’s turn to join her family’s ranks. The George Washington University graduate (who has The Agency listed in her Instagram bio) hinted at her career move in a recent Instagram post, which showed her posing in a jaw-dropping Beverly Hills estate. Sophia shared the address of the property, which is listed for rent on The Agency’s website.
The property has striking stone and marble finishes, a dramatic grand staircase, and a skylight that fills the space with sunshine. Sophia posed in the home under a crystal chandelier, wearing a white outfit and a pair of sunglasses. “Unfortunately I don’t come with the house,” she wrote in her caption.
The Agency’s listing for the home names Mauricio, Farrah, and Alexia as the points of contact for the rental. But based on Sophia’s photo, it’s possible that she could be working on the listing too. Or she could just be posing in it to show off its splendor. Either way, the 11-bedroom home makes for a pretty stunning photo backdrop.
According to the listing, the estate has a home theater and a formal ballroom. There’s an in-house elevator, along with a 14-car garage, a Grecian-style spa, and a sauna. It even has a newly installed pool and a three-bedroom guesthouse.
The Agency is no stranger to spectacular listings. In 2016, Mauricio became the listing agent for the iconic Playboy Mansion. The storied home was listed at $200 million.
