Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has had an amazing physical transformation over the past few years — no magic bullet needed. Instead of quick fixes, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal has simply stayed accountable, holding herself to a healthy diet and a fitness regime that keeps her in tip-top shape. Of course, as a professional accountability coach Teddi teaches others how to do the same. And she also shares some tips with the masses on her social media feed.

On July 16, the fitness buff shared some firm but fair words with followers. Next to a photo of herself wearing a deadpan expression (and a gorgeous makeup look, to boot), Teddi wrote: "My face when a client tries to say they don’t have time to work out and it’s only #monday. Monday sets the tone for the entire week. Comment below with what you are MAKING TIME for today. I will be #running. The only 'trick' I have for always getting it done is I make an hour appointment with myself every day to get it done."
