Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Shares This Woman's "Incredible" 100-Pound Weight Loss Story
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach shared the motivational story that involved shedding a whopping hundred pounds.
Need a little Monday Motivation? Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave has just the story you need. In truth, the accountability coach uses every Monday to share motivational stories from her All in by Teddi clients, and she's even shared her own story of transformation. But today's post — about a client who shed a whopping 100 pounds — really has us feeling inspired.
First, Teddi shared a side-by-snap of her client, along with the caption: "Hard work pays off!" Indeed it does, as this client has a whole new life after participating in Teddi's program. And to think, it all started by watching The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills! Here's the client's story, in her own words:
"When Teddi came on last season of Real Housewives I was very intrigued by her accountability business. At the end of last year, I was looking to the future of 2019, the year I turn 30, and realizing that in my entire life I had never been able to achieve my wellness goals in a healthy and sustainable way. I wanted to make a promise to myself that I would enter my 30s putting my health, longevity and vitality first. For me it wasn’t so much about the weight loss (although that was a definite positive side effect) as it was about creating lasting change in my life. I turned to All IN because it checked all those boxes for me. I entered the jumpstart program nervous but determined - I always say you can do anything for 2 weeks! Now 6 months later everything has changed - I can run a 10k, i consider myself an orange theory addict, I’m in control of my food choices, my attitude and mood is completely changed in the most positive way and the icing on top is that as of June 22nd I have lost 100 lbs since the beginning," she shared.
Now, check out the incredible snaps that document her progress:
