It’s being reported this week that Brandi Glanville is suing her former landlord for $1.5 million after both she and her children with Eddie Cibrian allegedly became physically ill due to mold existing in the Los Angeles condo they were living in.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesday, November 19 at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is claiming that a roof leak in the unit caused mold to grow and that despite alerting her landlord that there was an “emergency and a fairly bad leak” and a “moldy odor,” nothing was done to remedy the situation — and that the company actually "intentionally failed to make timely repairs and proper repairs," according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

To force the situation, Brandi says she actually brought in her own mold experts, and the suit claims that the landlords ignored their recommendations. As a result, Brandi alleges in the filing that she and her son Mason began “experiencing adverse physical symptoms when inside the unit” and that the threesome were forced to relocate to a hotel.

Ultimately, Brandi believes the landlords "consciously disregarded Brandi and her children's health and safely," and owe her $1.5 million to remedy the negligence.
