All About Cynthia Bailey’s 30-Day Clean-Eating Plan: “I Feel Amazing!”
The Atlanta 'Wife is trying out a plan that includes intermittent fasting — and she's not mad at it.
Cynthia Bailey feels "amazing," and it's not just because she's on cloud nine with her beau. (Though, that helps too.) The Real Housewives of Atlanta model just spilled that she's following a 30-day eating plan, and the satisfied smile on her face says it all: This plan agrees with Cynthia!
Now, before we delve into what Cynthia's putting on her plate these days, let's review her eating habits in general. The 'Wife has said before that she doesn't follow the typical supermodel diet. "I don’t deprive myself of anything that I have a craving for because I won’t stop thinking about it until I eat it already, and move on," she's said. FYI: Those cravings include fried green tomatoes at times; other times, she's down for chicken-fried steak.
That said, Cynthia is also interested in testing out trendy diets sometimes. Back in February, she shared that she was dipping her toe into the Keto diet as part of her noble mission to "get snatched" for the upcoming RHOA reunion. And in a March 25 Instagram post, the beauty opened up about her latest eating plan.
Holding a copy of the book Clean & Lean: 30 Days, 30 Foods, a New You! Cynthia wrote this in her caption: "Health Is Wealth! Decided to try my friend [Dr. Ian Smith's] CLEAN & LEAN health plan for 30 days to eat cleaner, feel better & get leaner. I am almost at the end of the plan, and I feel amazing!"
Cynthia will share more details about the plan — which includes intermittent fasting — on an upcoming episode of The Rachael Ray Show. So, keep your eyes out for that! In the meantime, we just have one question: Will Cynthia still be able to sample wine?
