Kylie Jenner's Birthday Cake Was Not What We Expected
We couldn't help but wonder: Is this it, Kylie Jenner?
Quick question: Who was in charge of the birthday cake for Kylie Jenner's 22nd birthday? Granted, the sparkler-topped confection at the makeup mogul's boat party was pretty spectacular when compared with a regular old birthday cake. But if we're measuring it by Kardashian cake standards, the cake kind of pales in comparison with, say, the cake that Kylie wrangled for her beau, Travis Scott, on his birthday.
But don't take our word for it: We'll give you a chance to check out Kylie's cake for yourself. During an August 10 boat party, the dessert showed up on various social media posts from those in the Kylie Cosmetics founder's inner circle. As you'll see, the cake was large, topped with edible stars, and set ablaze with sparklers.
But is it just us, or is there a little oomph missing here? We mean, it's no puking-Barbie cake in terms of conversation starters.
We've been fooled in the past, though. It could be there's another cake for Kylie on the way, considering we once believed this was Stormi Webster's first birthday cake... but it turned out to be this.
