John Legend and Chrissy Teigen Celebrated His EGOT Win with Pancakes
The Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony winner had the perfect way to celebrate his extraordinary accomplishment.
John Legend just made major history as the youngest person and the first black man to win an EGOT, or an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony when he won an Emmy on Sunday, September 9, for Jesus Christ Superstar. And the singer had the perfect treat in mind to celebrate: pancakes!
"EGOT pancakes," John named his creations, showing them off on his Instagram Stories and on wife Chrissy Teigen's Twitter feed.
"We got pancakes?" Chrissy deadpanned.
"EGOT pancakes!" he declared.
Yes, they are the cutest, and it also seems as though John looks like he really knows how to make some buttermilk beauties on his perfect flattop grill.
Mind you, this breakfast of champions took place around 1 a.m. on Monday, September 10.
