Andy Cohen’s Daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen, Makes Her TV Debut on WWHL: “Welcome to the World”

Andy Cohen just had an extra special — and exceptionally cute — guest make a Bravo Clubhouse cameo: his adorable newborn daughter, Lucy Eve Cohen!

The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host, who made his return to the Clubhouse on May 9 after the arrival of his daughter on April 29, introduced viewers to his second child with the most heartwarming video, while also expressing gratitude for the outpouring of “love and support” he has received for his family, which includes Lucy’s big brother, 3-year-old Benjamin Allen Cohen.

“As I held Lucy in the hospital, just she and I, late into her first night, I was so moved by all of your love and support,” Andy said, sharing a sweet photo of himself holding baby Lucy in the hospital. “I see all your messages, I want you to know that your virtual cheerleading of my starting a family on my own has lifted me up when I most needed it.”

Andy went on to thank his surrogate, whom he called a “partner and friend” to him, saying, “I am so grateful for her.” The WWHL host also revealed that she was actually in the Clubhouse audience of the last show that was taped just two days before Lucy was born, saying, “I thought we were going to have a real Clubhouse baby right here!”

Andy also explained how Lucy got her name, sharing that Louis is a “big name” in his family, belonging to two of his great-grandfathers, as well as his dad. He went on to add, “I’ve always loved the name Lucy.” And of course her middle name, Eve, is in honor of Andy’s mother, Evelyn.

The proud dad devoted his “Watch What Happens 5” segment to his daughter, counting down his top five favorite pictures of Lucy, which included an adorable photo of baby Lucy at a picnic, one of her swaddled and sleeping, another showing Andy giving his sweet daughter a kiss on the head while she is cradled in his arms, and an incredibly cute photo of Lucy “serving face” while looking straight at the camera. As for Andy’s current top favorite picture, he shared that it was none other than a photo of Lucy with Ben.

Since announcing Lucy’s arrival on April 29, the father of two has shared more than a few adorable moments with his daughter, including the first time she met Andy’s dear friend Anderson Cooper, which he captured in a recent Instagram post.

“Uncle Anderson, keeping Lucy honest!” Andy wrote in the caption of his May 7 post, which featured a precious photo of Anderson with baby Lucy.

And perhaps there is no cuter moment than when Ben met his little sister for the first time, which Andy shared in a May 1 post on Instagram, featuring a precious photo of Ben planting a sweet kiss on his newborn sister’s cheek. The proud dad captioned the heartwarming moment, “When Ben met Lucy.”
