What's Next For Kroy Biermann? Kim Zolciak-Biermann Breaks Down His Myriad of Talents
The #DontBeTardy mom reveals that her NFL hubby is quite the Renaissance man.
Having sat out last football season, Kroy Biermann has been keeping busy with his family in Atlanta. The NFL pro may not have hit the field in uniform, but the Don't Be Tardy dad has certainly found plenty of other ways to fill his time. And Kim Zolciak-Biermann is enjoying having her husband around more.
"I love it. I love him being home. He takes the kids to school in the morning and he’s a huge help with all of my business that I’ve started, and Kashmere [Collection] and bathing suits and shoes. He’s been a super big help with that. I can’t imagine not having him here the last year," Kim recently told The Daily Dish. Definitely the kids listen to him better than they listen to me. I definitely enjoy him being home for sure. When he’s not home, the kids are like, 'Hahaha, Mommy!' I’m definitely not the disciplinarian."
Kroy made news last season as a free agent following a brief tenure with the Buffalo Bills after having spent his entire football career with the Atlanta Falcons. He told us last fall that he'd be totally fine with making fatherhood a full-time job, "I joke with Kim sometimes I should be a stay-at-home dad. I love it that much."
Still, Kim knows that whatever he chooses to do next, he has any and all skills to make it happen. "He definitely enjoys being home, but he loves football. That’s where his heart is. We’ll see what happens. The guy can do anything, seriously. He can sew, he can cook, he can make a wig. He can do anything, I’m serious," she told us last week. "If the toilet’s broke, if my nail breaks, if Ariana’s bracket on her braces is popping out, he can do anything. I don’t think it’ll be very difficult for him to find his other niche or what have you. But I definitely am keeping him busy with Kashmere and what have you."
And as Kroy has also shared about himself with us in a separate interview, he's got quite a lot of interesting experiences and interests in his holster, making him a true Renaissance man. Reflecting on his life in college and before he went pro in the NFL, he shared, "I started out as pre-pharmacy major at college and finished with a degree in criminology and a minor in psychology. Totally two opposite ends of the spectrum. I shouldn’t say I finished. I have 20 credits, but I was where I was headed...I’ve always been fascinated by society and why we do what we do as far as the crime spectrum of it. I was going to be a Navy Seal had I not gotten a scholarship. That was going to be the route I was going to go. My life went in the direction it went in and I’m super excited that it did. I like to do a lot of different things. It was something that really intrigued me when I started college, and I took some courses."
