Raquel Leviss Reveals Her First Impression of Ex James Kennedy’s New Girlfriend, Ally

After finding out that James and Ally have moved in together, Raquel explores her connection with SUR manager Peter Madrigal.

After revealing at the Vanderpump Rules Season 9 reunion that they had ended their engagement (and relationship!), James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss are in very different places when Season 10 begins

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Peacock and the Bravo app.

In a preview of the February 8 premiere, James introduces viewers to his new girlfriend, Ally Lewber. He explains that he started dating Ally about “five or six weeks” after his engagement ended and that they are already living together.

“A lot of people want to say that’s really soon,” he says in a confessional about taking such a serious step with Ally. “But you can’t put a f--king date on love.”

James added that he’s “obsessed” with Ally, which is why they decided to live together, but how does his ex feel about how fast the relationship has moved?

In an interview, Raquel shares that she met Ally at the iHeart Radio Awards and she “ran away” as soon as they were introduced. As a result, she didn’t get to know the aspiring astrologer too well.

“I don’t know anything about James’ new girlfriend, except for the fact that she looks exactly like his mom,” Raquel says about her ex’s mom, Jacqueline Georgiou. “He’s got some real mommy issues.”

Now that her ex-fiancé has found love with someone else, Raquel is ready to move on as well. As the rest of the preview reveals, she may not have to look beyond the SUR staff for her next date.

While Raquel is working a waitressing shift at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant, SUR manager Peter Madrigal asks her out on a date to get nachos.

“I wouldn’t really say that Peter’s my type,” the pageant queen admits in an interview. “But Peter’s like an actual man, not a man-child.”

Find out if Raquel says yes to that date by watching the preview above. Plus, you can check out the Season 10 trailer below.
