James Kennedy and Ally Lewber Just Made Some Major Changes to Their House: "Oops"
The Vanderpump Rules couple's home just got an eye-catching upgrade for the fall season (and beyond).
Ally Lewber is updating her and James Kennedy's California home in the best way.
On October 5, James took to his Instagram Stories to reveal how Ally upgraded their house in Burbank with a new bar cart and a new limewash paint job.
James tagged Ally and posted two heart-eye emojis over the photo, indicating that his girlfriend took on the latest home project. Ally then re-shared the photo from the Vanderpump Rules DJ to her own Stories, explaining the details. "Oops, I limewashed again," she wrote, referencing her recent office makeover (more on that in a bit).
First, we were in love with the new bar cart, which featured white cabinetry with black knobs and a light wood top. Ally decorated the cart with a colorful dish towel, a few bowls, a glass vase with pink flowers, and some glassware.
As for the limewash paint, Ally colored the back wall with what appeared to be a light gray/beige-tone paint, creating a serene vibe for the room.
Per Architectural Digest, limewash is a "textured paint" with a "chalky, nuanced texture that creates a romantic old-world feel." We're struck by the "old-world" effect of the paint evident in the image above, creating a cool, textured design that provides the perfect backdrop for Ally and James' new home items.

In addition to the new bar cart and paint job, Ally revealed how she decorated her and James' home for the fall season.
"Ignoring the fact that there’s a heat wave happening outside. Happy October," Ally joked in an October 5 Instagram video, showing herself outfitting the home with several small pumpkins, candles, and skeleton figures. Ally also prepped a delicious latte and croissant to enjoy under the blankets while watching a movie.
"She makes our house a HOME," James commented on the post. "I LOVE YOU SO SO MUCH BABY."
Ally Lewber's Updated Office
Back in September, Ally shared how she made over her office with a gorgeous DIY project featuring the prettiest pale pink limewash paint.
"I've been spending the past few days priming my walls and now it's finally time," Ally stated in a voiceover on an Instagram video showing herself painting her walls the color "Dumbo" via Portala Paints in the Limewash finish.
Needless to say, the finished result was stunning.
