Tracy Breaks Down While Detailing the Shocking End of Her Relationship With Erik: “Betrayal"
MDLLA's Tracy Tutor revealed new details about why her relationship with Erik Anderson ultimately ended.
During Season 15, Episode 4 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Tracy Tutor unpacked the shocking end of her three-and-a-half year relationship with Erik Anderson.
"Where do I start?" said a disheveled Tracy in the episode before requesting her friend Joey bring her a glass of wine. "I had one conversation with him, and it went not great. He packed and left."
In a confessional, she gave more insight into what down with her beau.
"What happened in my relationship? I mean, life happened, right? Erik and I decided to break up and he moved out of the house on Sunday evening. And I'm just trying to face it one day at a time," she explained before divulging that she'd found out Erik had been messaging a woman online in a way she wasn't comfortable with.

As she cried while talking about the breakup, Tracy shared, "One minute I have to compartmentalize and work, and then when I have a moment to myself I just feel like I'm going to collapse.
Throughout the conversation, she touched on some of the reasons her relationship with Erik came to an end.
Why did Tracy Tutor and Erik Anderson break up?
As is often the case, there wasn't just one reason that Tracy and Erik split. On MDLLA, Tracy shared a few of the things that led to her relationship's demise, including Erik's messages to another woman and their age difference.

Tracy had a feeling her boyfriend wasn't totally innocent in his online habits, and she was proven right.
"It's like, did I think that maybe he was looking at Instagram and looking at chicks in bikinis? Of course I did. I'm not an idiot. He's 28. But there's an extra layer with getting a DM from an OnlyFans type chick," she said in the episode. "She reached out to me and said, 'Is he your man?' I said, 'Yes,' and she said, 'Well, he's DM-ing me.'"
Although she didn't share more details, Tracy explained, "It was all I needed, you know what I mean?"
Tracy Tutor opens up about Jason Maltas' affair while they were married
Tracy, who was previously married to Jason Maltas for 17 years, said that Erik's DM snafu brought up previous relationship issues for her.
"I don't give a f-ck what people think," she said. "But somewhere on a deep level I'm judging myself because I went through this with Jason."
"It's triggering for me because of what I've been through in my marriage," she continued in a confessional. "As much work as I've done on myself to recover from the affair that my ex-husband had, it's a hard thing to face. It's a level of betrayal that I'm not going to tolerate."
When Tracy confronted Erik about the DMs, she said he "blurted out his truth" to her and "fell into [her] arms" which reminded her of the end of her marriage.
"It took me back to when I sat across from Jason and he came clean about his affair," she said.
Tracy Tutor explains how her age difference from Erik contributed to their split
In the same confessional interview, Tracy said that "of course" her age difference with Erik creeped into their life "all of the time."
"For the last several months, I've had a lot of thoughts and a lot of doubts about whether or not my relationship with Erik was going to last," she explained. "When I received this DM, it was the universe telling me it's time to deal with this."
