Tracy Tutor Is Looking for a Partner "with a Few Billion" After Her Split from Erik Anderson

Tracy Tutor is no stranger to putting luxury homes on the market — and she just revealed that she's "back on the market" herself.
When viewers first met the real estate agent on Season 10 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, she was still married to construction company VP Jason Maltas, who she shares daughters Scarlett and Juliet with.
The couple split up after filming wrapped on Season 10, and Tracy later embarked on a relationship with fitness trainer, Erik Anderson, who is 21 years her junior. Tracy and Erik split up in the summer of 2023, and Tracy is now looking to change things up in her next relationship.
During an exclusive chat with BravoTV.com, Tracy shared new updates on her love life, and she revealed the qualities she's looking for in her next long-term partner.

Months after going public with her split from Erik, Tracy is still single and ready to mingle. When asked for an update on her dating life, Tracy said, "Oh, my relationship life. Let's see — we've been married and divorced, in a few different relationships."
"Most recently, I am single [and] back on the market," she added, before teasing, "Watch out fellas, I'm coming for you."

Now that Tracy has had some time to look back on her recent dating history, she's looking for something new. "You know, I'm just looking for someone who's not a total douche-bag — I'm just kidding," she said before joking that she hopes her next man will be wealthy. "Maybe with a few billion in his pocket..."
In all seriousness, the real estate expert is hoping to find someone who is in a similar phase of life as her.
"At this point in my relationship life and my love life, I just really want someone who is a little more settled, a little bit more in the same lane that I'm in," she continued. "They're professional, they're funny, they're charismatic, but they also let me do me."
