Tracy Tutor Opens Up About the "Hardest Part" of Her Divorce from Husband Jason Maltas
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent spoke out about her divorce in the Season 11 premiere.
Tracy Tutor ended her first season of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Season 10, with some major personal news. It was revealed at the end of last season's finale that she and her husband, Jason Maltas, had decided to get a divorce. "Tracy's been expanding her business & landed her first new development in West Hollywood," the update read. "She recently filed for divorce from her husband Jason. They're both committed to co-parenting and their primary focus remains their two daughters."
When MDLLA returned for Season 11 on Thursday night, Tracy opened up about the end of her marriage. "Earlier this year, Jason and I decided to divorce after 17 years of being together," she shared in an interview during the episode. "It's been a difficult time, but the hardest part is that I don't see my girls every day because we share custody."
As she begins this new chapter of her life, Tracy shared during the episode that she has been getting back into the dating game. "When I don't have my kids, I try to focus much more on work and friends. And when my kids are with me, I'm laser-focused on them," she said. "And who knows? Maybe I'm ready to see what's out there."
Tracy later told fellow MDLLA agent David Parnes at Josh Altman's open house event that "everything's good" with Jason as they go through their divorce proceedings. "We're gonna get through it. We're taking care of the kids and we just have to wind everything down," she said. "We'll be fine."
This season of MDLLA will chronicle Tracy's new life as a single working mom as she takes her real estate business to the next level. We'll see Tracy work with high-profile clients, such as the founders of Too Faced Cosmetics, Rose McGowan, and Ladies of London's Caroline Stanbury, as well as expand her new development business.
