See Inside Tom Schwartz's Bedroom In His "Transitional Bachelor Pad": “I Have No Excuse”
The Vanderpump Rules cast member is giving you a look inside the room where he rests his head every night.
Some people view their bedroom as a haven, or escape away from all of the stress of the day. Vanderpump Rules' Tom Schwartz's bedroom certainly serves that purpose.
Since moving into his "small, little apartment" in 2022 following his divorce from his ex-wife, Katie Maloney, Tom has continued to make the space his home. But, he wasn't the happiest when he moved in. "Living in a small, little apartment you have to pay $3,500 a month for? It's hard not to be salty," he said during an August 2022 appearance on the You're Gonna Love Me podcast.
In the time since then, Tom has turned his bedroom into his own personal sanctuary — complete with workout equipment and (thankfully) a mounted TV.
Read on to learn all about Tom's personal space and which item in his room that he has "no excuse" for.

Tom Schwartz's bedroom in his home
In the video above, Tom took viewers into his apartment, giving them the full tour, including a stop into his cozy bedroom.
His bedroom has a bed with a colorful comforter on it, which faces his mounted TV. However, he doesn't have his Bose speaker mounted with it, and he has "no excuse" for it sitting on a chair in his room. He noted, "I'm not trying to impress anybody."
Tom's treadmill sits beside his bed, leaving little room to navigate around it, but he's not getting rid of it any time soon — even if it is broken. "My god, this has got me through a lot of rough moments in life," he explained. "Technician needs to come out and fix that."
Books and a lamp adorn his bedside tables and his closet has plenty of fancy coats to get him through those chilly days and nights. But, he doesn't always need his jackets to stay warm. He also has his dog, Butter, who he co-parents with Katie, to cuddle him on his squeaky bed at night.
"He's my best friend, my body guard, and we do this every day," he explained.
Katie revealed during the Vanderpump Rules After Show that this room is not his "primary room." "He still wants to sleep in his depression chamber, as he calls it, like, amongst the workout equipment and like, this little uncomfortable bed," she said.
Tom Schwartz's Apartment Tour
Tom's apartment outside of his bedroom is filled with plants, Vanderpump memorabilia which is "his miniature version" of Andy Cohen's clubhouse, and more exercise equipment.
"I've grown to love this place," he said during the apartment tour. "It feels kind of like a home. A transitional home."
However, during the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Katie had some conflicting thoughts about the space. "I mean, it's giving like, college," she explained. "Like, this is temporary, even though I've been here for like, well over a year. And then he just has like, dust in places but he's not like, a dirty person."
She did, however, note that his plants thrive in his home, so he has that going for him. "I probably have 20 plants right now," Tom explained. "Having the plants in there, somehow, made it more like a home."
