The Vanderpump Rules cast member is leaving the two-bedroom apartment he's lived in since 2022.

It's the end of an era: Tom Schwartz is moving on from his "transitional bachelor pad."

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Peacock and the Bravo app.

On July 31, the Vanderpump Rules took to his Instagram Stories to tease the move. In the video, Tom showed off multiple cardboard boxes and plastic bins. He also showed numerous large blue IKEA bags, indicating he was packing up his various goods to take to his next locale.

"Onwards and upwards," Tom wrote over the video, adding a prayer hands emoji to the mix.

See all the details of Tom's former home in the video above, where the bar owner brought BravoTV.com inside to see all his decor and design choices — including a ton of plants.

"I've grown to love this place," he said during the apartment tour. "It feels kind of like a home. A transitional home."

Is Tom Schwartz Moving in with Tom Sandoval?

Considering his move, Vanderpump Rules fans may be wondering if Schwartz may be moving in with his BFFTom Sandoval since the topic was brought up on Vanderpump Rules Season 11.

Schwartz initially turned down Sandoval's offer to move into his house, but on Season 11, Episode 14, he told Sandoval, "I think I'm ready to commit."

Moreover, during Part 1 of the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 reunion, host Andy Cohen asked Schwartz for an update on the matter.

"I go back and forth because it's a beautiful home [and] I miss having a backyard," Schwartz said. "But I have some reservations about living there, just given the history."

Lisa Vanderpump shared her thoughts on the matter during the reunion, asking the guys,  "Why do you want to live together? You're both grownups for goodness sake. You do that when you're twenty."

After Schwartz noted they were "looking for an investment property," he added why he was potentially wanting to own property after renting his two bedroom apartment since 2022. "I've put 100 grand into rent in the past two years, and I feel so salty about that, without building any equity."

Lisa clarified, "So you want to buy something together?" as Andy quipped, "What could go wrong?"

Tom Schwartz wants to buy a home in Minnesota

Schwartz hasn't confirmed where he's moving just yet. He did, however, recently discuss his dream of buying a house in his home state

"That’s the dream," he shared with Mpls.St.Paul Magazine in April. "We’re talking about long-term[.] I don’t know if I want to live there, but hopefully, I’m successful enough to have a cool lake cabin in Minnesota."
