Shereé Whitfield on Returning to RHOA in Season 14: “Don’t Call It a Comeback”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast reveals what fans can expect from the “lit” new season.
The new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta will feature plenty of familiar faces, including Shereé Whitfield, who returns after last appearing in the cast in Season 10. And the RHOA OG is ready for fans to see what her life is like now, as she teased on Twitter following the Season 14 announcement on Wednesday, March 30.
"Don’t call it a comeback, call it a take over! [Your] favorite girls will be back May 1st on [Bravo]," Shereé tweeted. "I hope this chapter of my life inspires [you] to not give up on [your] dreams, love, [and] knowing [your] worth."
In the tweet, Shereé also included a hashtag that read "respect the OG."
Speaking of OGs, Shereé received a mazel on her return to RHOA from none other than Tamra Judge. "Congratulations on your return!" The Real Housewives of Orange County alum tweeted to Shereé, who responded, "Thx boo and can’t wait to see [you] on girls trip," referring to Tamra's appearance in the upcoming Season 2 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
Shereé will be joined by fellow returning Housewives Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, and Drew Sidora in Season 14 of RHOA, all whom shared their excitement over the new season on social media following this week's announcement. Kenya and Drew both gave a behind-the-scenes look at their glamorous shoots for the new season. "Y’all ready?" Drew playfully asked in one Instagram post on March 30.
Longtime friend of the Atlanta Housewives, Marlo Hampton, finally gets her very own peach in Season 14, and she took to Instagram to thank many of the people who made it possible, including Andy Cohen, the RHOA cast, her mom, and her team.
Four-time Olympic gold medalist in track and field, mom, wife, and businesswoman Sanya Richards-Ross also joins the cast as a new Housewife in Season 14 of RHOA, and she was definitely up to the challenge. "I’ve spent most of life snatching gold medals and now I’ve snatched a WHOLE peach and a maybe a few edges along the way," Sanya wrote on Instagram on March 30. "See y’all on season 14, of [Bravo's RHOA]…it’s lit!!!!! #JamaicanPeach."
Sanya also promised a "lit" season of RHOA in a video in her Instagram Stories with Marlo in which they both exclaimed, "It's official! We have peaches!"
