Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga Pay Tribute to Their Late Dad on Father's Day
RHONJ daughters Gia and Milania also remembered their late Nonno, Giacinto Gorga.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga are paying tribute to their dad, Giacinto Gorga, after he passed away on April 3, marking their first Father's Day without the Gorga patriarch.
Teresa remembered her dad by listing off some of the things they did together before his passing that she holds dear. "I miss you every single day, I miss your voice in the kitchen, I miss our Costco runs, I miss your laugh, I miss you so much. I find peace knowing you [and] mommy are walking barefoot on a beach together, she’s making you something delicious to eat today and you’re relaxing with a glass of Johnnie Walker Blue, you’re breathing easy [and] for that I’m so happy. I love you Papa, the girls and I miss you so much [and] I’ll always be Daddy’s girl. Happy Father's Day in Heaven," she wrote. "Till I see you again papa."
Her brother, Joe, called their dad "the epitome of what a real man and father should be - he sacrificed his entire life so my mother, my sister and I could have it all. I love you!"
Last week, in an email interview, Joe also spoke to The Daily Dish about his dad's influence on him. "The best dad advice I received was from my father. He said you can be super successful and have all the money in the world but the greatest gift in life is being a husband and a father. Family must always come first," he said.
Teresa's daughters, Gia and Milania, also remembered their late grandfather while honoring their dad, Joe Giudice, over Father's Day weekend.
Gia wrote, "Nonno I’m celebrating you today and every day."
Milania wrote, "Nonno I can't believe you aren’t here with us today. I can’t express how much we all miss you. We will forever celebrate your amazing, sweet soul. Thank you [for] helping me become the [woman] I am today. I love you beyond words."
