Austen Kroll Kissed a Southern Charm Castmate That Wasn't Olivia Flowers *or* Taylor Ann Green
See how Craig Conover and Madison LeCroy reacted to the smooch.
Austen Kroll, Taylor Ann Green, Olivia Flowers, Shep Rose, Craig Conover, Madison LeCroy, Venita Aspen, Rod Razavi, and Jarrett "JT" Thomas may be enjoying a beautiful vacation in Jamaica on Southern Charm Season 9, but Episode 13 made it clear that several members of the Charleston gang are still reeling from the news report about Austen and Taylor's hookup that broke on Episode 12.
This was particularly the case for Shep, whose conversation with Austen about whether or not they planned to change for dinner devolved into a shouting match about the hookup. The argument then took another turn, as Austen planted a kiss on one of his Southern Charm castmates in order to make a point about the hookup. To find out who he shared a smooch with and get details on the drama, keep reading.
Shep Rose and Austen Kroll's Conversation About Being "a Bad Friend"
The initial discussion about dinner plans involved not just Shep and Austen, but also Craig, Madison, and Whitney Sudler-Smith. As the chat escalated, Craig stepped in to encourage Shep to share the real reason he was mad at Austen. "Why don't you actually tell him what you really think, that you're mad that he hooked up with your girlfriend?" Craig said.
Shep eventually did so, calling Austen "a bad friend" who plays "the victim."
Austen argued that it's Shep who "painted out Taylor to be the victim."
"You hold this soft spot and this flame for her and you're like, 'Taylor, you're okay,' just because she cries to you," he said before bringing up what Taylor previously revealed: that she made the first move on him. "She f-cking grabbed me, my friend. She came on to me, mother f-cker. Not the other way around."
That's where Whitney came in to ask, "Was it subtle?"
Austen Kroll and Whitney Sudler-Smith's Kiss in Jamaica
Austen decided to respond by showing rather than telling. "No, it was like this," he said before grabbing Whitney's face and kissing him, makeout sounds and all.
"Damn," Madison said, while Craig chimed in to note, "That was weird."
The rest was history.
