Shep Rose Shares a “Hopeful” Life Update After the Southern Charm Season 9 Reunion

Now that Southern Charm Season 9 is officially a wrap after the conclusion of the two-part reunion on January 18, Shep Rose is looking to the future.
The Charleston resident took to Instagram just before Part 2 aired to share a look at his life today and to thank fans for their support after he spoke so candidly during Part 1.

What Shep Rose Has Been Up to Since Southern Charm Season 9 Wrapped
Shep's Instagram post featured several photos and videos from the trip he recently went on in Costa Rica. The caption served as a preface to one of the videos, which showed Shep speaking to the camera about everything.
Said caption began, "Well. Since I haven’t had any qualms about sharing lately as many of you know! (See part one of reunion) Here’s what’s I’ve been up to of late. I just feel like this can only shed light and perhaps help some folks."
He went on to explain that he went to Costa Rica "searching for answers," and now that's back home, he feels "very clear, happy and hopeful."
"I’ll leave you with this though - one of the many things I took from the week," Shep continued. "A yoga/meditation teacher had a shirt (slide 7 I think) that said what’s mine is mine, what’s yours is yours. Y No Pasa Nada (which means and that’s ok. All good. Etc) We all have different approaches, ideas, points of views/opinions. And they are ours. And yours is yours. And that’s alright. So thanks for all the support, truly means a lot."
Shep shared a similar sentiment in the aforementioned video in which he's speaking directly to the camera. As he put it, "[I] just wanted to say thank you to all the support I've received after Part 1 of the reunion. I haven't read 'em all because it's impossible, but lots and lots of love and support, and I appreciate it. It was a moment there where I decided to just be completely honest and authentic and open, which is always a good idea. And yeah, I feel the love."
What's Next for Shep Rose
Elsewhere in the caption of his post, Shep offered some insight into his future. "For me it’s now time to chart another course in my trusty vessel that’s gotten me this far," he wrote, adding a hashtag that reads "course correct."
"I can’t wait to see what’s on the horizon," Shep concluded.
