Shannon Storms Beador Takes You Inside Her Feelings as She Drops Her Daughter off at College

It's official: The bags are packed and Shannon Storms Beador is making the trip down to Texas to drop her daughter, Sophie Beador, off at Baylor University to start her college career. And The Real Housewives of Orange County mom shared some of her feelings as she waited in the airport about being by her daughter's side as she readies her life as a college freshman.

"Sophie and I are at the airport — Waco bound!" Shannon screamed in an Instagram Stories update about the trip. "I'm already embarrassing her... it's super, super steamy with this mask. We have the face shields, but we're not using them because there's not a lot of people here. So far the six suitcases are holding up, [the] zippers haven't split. We'll see what happens when we get there."

And from the moment she got into Baylor, Sophie definitely couldn't hold back her excitement, writing, "I couldn’t be more excited to be attending @bayloruniversity next fall!! Thank you Jesus for this insane blessing!!"

"So proud of my little girl who was accepted to [Baylor University! I can’t wait to watch you make your dreams come true [Sophie]!" Shannon shared on Instagram earlier this year.

Earlier this year, Sophie posted a message for her mom about how much she appreciates her, calling her "my other half, my inspiration, and my best friend!!! Thank you for everything you do for me, love you times infinity!! Let’s make this year the best!!"
