Scheana Shay's New House Renovations Are Under "Budget Review" by Brock Davies
"We are just getting started," the Vanderpump Rules dad shared of the backyard project at the new house he shares with Scheana Shay.
Scheana Shay, Brock Davies, and their daughter, Summer Moon, just moved into a new house in the Valley after living in a Marina del Rey condo (as you can revisit in the video above). Recently, Brock has been hard at work turning their new house into a dream home, enlisting Summer to assist on an incredible project in their side yard.
We are floored by the big reveal as Brock shares an update on all the progress the Vanderpump Rules family has made thus far on their new home's changes!
Scheana Shay's new house getting updates from Brock Davies
On April 4, Brock hopped on his Instagram page to take a video of himself and Summer sitting outside in an area between his new house and the fence. The area, which Brock has been working on over the past few weeks after he decided to take on the project himself, has been completely transformed with concrete paver steps and fresh astro turf.
In the aforementioned video, Brock and Summer went over the process they went through in creating the epic space as the proud dad gave a "budget review" of the project.

"You could definitely find some ways to save some money a.k.a. If you own a truck or even pre-purchase concrete pavers depending on your needs," Brock captioned the post, where he broke down what he spent on the materials ($567), turf ($585), U-Haul truck ($386), "base and recycle center," and labor. The project he noted took about 20 hours of labor.
"What would you like to see us do next?" Brock concluded in his caption.
Several Bravolebrities have shared their thoughts on Brock's updates, with Summer House's Kyle Cooke writing on the above post, "Love it BRO!!!!!" and his wife, Amanda Batula, also gushing about the daddy-daughter duo, "You guys matching is making my heart melt."
Brock Davies reveals more details about his home project
In addition to the above budget breakdown, Brock documented the entire process via his Instagram page, starting on March 20 with a trip to Lowe's and a video of him removing all the gravel from the area. "All right, we did a thing and bought a house, and now I'm back on the tools," he captioned the post.
Next up, Brock enlisted Summer Moon for more help as he poured the concrete to craft some sturdy stepping stones.
After finishing up his job of pouring concrete on Day 3, Brock again called on Summer Moon for more help — in the most adorable Carhartt overalls, nonetheless! The pair measured and set up the astro turf around the concrete pavers, building "incredible memories" along the way.
On Day 5, Brock continued his process by nailing in the astro turf, and by Day 6, he and Summer worked together to take the remaining pieces of astro turf off to expose the concrete pavers.
To show off the final result, Brock posted an edited video of himself in the pre-project gravel area to "trip and fall" into the finished side yard, which looked incredible. "We did it legends… first project down," Brock captioned the post, ostensibly teasing more home updates to come.
