You Want to Know How Adam Spott Reacted to Scheana Shay's Penguin Gift?

Season 7 of Vanderpump Rules came to an explosive end for Scheana Shay as she and her best friend Adam Spott got into a heated argument over the future of their relationship (or lack thereof) at Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright's engagement party. 

Adam seemed to be a little jealous after Scheana's date with a hot model. The SUR barback didn't want Scheana to see other guys, but he was also not ready to be in a committed relationship — and he also said he wasn't in love with Scheana.

Scheana had hoped that adopting a penguin in Adam's name would help smooth things over since this animal is "the thing he loves more than anything in the world." But after all of their drama broke out, it looked like Scheana didn't have a chance to present Adam with this surprise.

We think Vanderpump Rules fans will be happy to know that Scheana did, in fact, give Adam his penguin gift during Jax and Brittany's engagement party. "Later that night I gave it to him," Scheana revealed on Twitter after the Season 7 finale. "But we never went."

Scheana elaborated on how the big surprise went down with Adam during the Vanderpump Rules Season 7 After Show, which you can check out, above. "After our huge blow-up fight, we're sitting down and I'm just trying to calm him down. And I'm like, 'Look, I got you this thing that I wanted to give you earlier, but you were too busy yelling at me.' And so I gave it to him, and I mean, his face just lit up," Scheana recalled. "That was like the one thing where he couldn't be mad at me anymore. Like, I bought him a f--king penguin."

Unfortunately, there are some things that even an adorable baby penguin named Spot can't fix. "He wasn't in that moment, and then he got mad at me again," Scheana said in the After Show. "And then I tried again the next day and just put it all out there, per uzhe, got rejected, per uzhe. So I've continued dating, and we've continued fighting over it." 

And no, neither Adam nor Scheana have met little Spot yet, who cost the SURver $1,000 to adopt, by the way. "And we still haven't seen the f--king thing. I was like, 'Please, can we just go meet her?' Adam's like, 'We're not doing couple-y things together anymore because we're not a couple.' I'm like, 'It's just a best friend thing,'" Scheana said. "Like, why can't we just go to the f--king aquarium and meet this goddamn penguin? All I wanted for Christmas was just to go and meet this f--king penguin."

No matter what the future holds for Scheana and Adam, we just hope Spot gets the chance to meet her adoptive parents one day.
