Ryan Serhant is definitely a busy guy. Million Dollar Listing New York cast member is not only a power agent, he's also a husband to Emilia Bechrakis and a new dad to 8-month-old daughter Zena Serhant. He's also a man of many talents... and the more we get to know about him, the more we discover.

Take, for example, this new video of Ryan singing to his sweet baby daughter. Not only can Ryan sing and play the guitar, he also wrote the lyrics to this original song! Who else but Ryan could have come up with the lyrics, "We got a lamp that looks like a balloon/ in the corner of your room/ that used to be my office/ 'til you showed up in the womb. We got a car seat heavier than a car/ and I'll be carrying it wherever you are/ but I can't feel too bad about it/ because your mom carried you this far."
