As Ryan Serhant continues to grow his real estate brokerage, SERHANT., there's one Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent he would like to have on his team.
When the Million Dollar Listing New York alum stopped by the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Clubhouse on July 18, a virtual audience member asked, "If you could poach one Million Dollar Listing agent from either New York or LA to join you at SERHANT., who would it be?"
Ryan didn't hesitate in his response: "Tracy [Tutor]."
"Tracy's great," he continued. "She's a beast. She gets her stuff done. She's great. I've always had a great relationship with her, too."

After more than a decade working for Nest Seekers International, Ryan launched SERHANT. in September 2020.
"I’ve been waiting for this day my entire life," the Million Dollar Listing New York agent wrote on Instagram at the time. "After spending over 10 years in real estate, I am finally starting my own multi-faceted real estate company."
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Ryan noted that he started the company because he believed “the traditional real-estate brokerage model is broken.”
Ryan Serhant gives real estate tips on WWHL
During his appearance on WWHL, Ryan gave viewers some coveted real estate advice.
When Andy asked about "the best feature or renovation to install in a house or apartment that has major resale value," Ryan shared, "Most people don't replace their windows. In single-family homes, you want to have as much light and air as you possibly can." Additionally, he suggested that anyone considering doing "one renovation" should opt for a "great primary bathroom."
Andy seemed pleased with that response, declaring, "I have that."
As for what not to do, Ryan advised against "overdoing interior decoration with drapery," explaining, "People love drapes, and all they do is block out the sun."
