Here's Why Steve Gold and Ryan Serhant Just Reunited

Are Steve Gold and Ryan Serhant still on good terms? It definitely looks that way.
On Sunday, September 29, the Million Dollar Listing New York agents shared a quick update on their years-long friendship and working relationship. Steve posted a photo of him and Ryan dressed in casual weekend attire while smiling ear-to-ear at a New York City property — presumably for business-related reasons.
“Look who came to visit us,” Steve captioned the Instagram selfie, which Ryan reshared.

Judging by the Story tags, Steve snapped the picture at One High Line Residences, a luxury residential building located at 500 West 18th Street. The MDLNY agent is co-leading the property’s sales with fellow Corcoran broker Deborah Kern. Steve spoke about the job and the NYC luxury real estate market in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, which named him among the top 30 agents in NYC and the Hamptons.
“We are selling an apartment every few days and have hit close to a billion sold or in contract,” he said about One High Line. “Manhattan is seeing significant $10 million-plus transactions on a regular basis.”
Steve Gold announces baby No. 2 with Luiza Gawlowska
Steve credited some of his success to his social media activity, as he liked to balance his page with real estate content and personal life posts.
“I recently announced on Instagram that my wife Luiza and I are expecting a new baby,” he said. “That video has half a million views and counting which means a lot to me. Having a strong social media presence is not accomplished by posting only about listings and sales. Instead, it’s important that agents share their interests, personalities, and day-to-day lives from time to time. It’s a great way to connect with potential clients on a personal level.”
Steve and his longtime partner, Luiza Gawlowska, shared their baby No. 2 news back in spring, about four years after they welcomed their daughter, Rose Gold.
“Won’t be seeing just the three of us in these pix too much longer!” he wrote in an April 30 Instagram. “Excited to share that our trio is gaining a new member. Luiza and I cannot be more elated and Rose can’t wait to be a big sister!”
Ryan’s wife, Emilia Serhant, was among those who sent a congratulatory message to the happy couple.
“A new Gold,” she commented along with heart-eyes and heart emojis.
Fredrik Eklund admits he was "a little jealous" of Steve and Ryan's friendship
MDLNY’s Fredrik Eklund shared a similar sentiment, writing: “This is then best f—king GOLDEN news I’ve gotten all year.”
Fredrik touched on his friendship with Steve during a 2021 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, shortly before the MDLNY Season 9 finale. Fredrik admitted he felt a bit insecure watching Steve and Ryan grow closer throughout the season, as he had a rocky history with the latter.
“I was a little jealous,” he confessed. “We actually talked about it in what’s going to be the [season] finale of the show that I feel like, yeah, [Steve’s] picking Ryan over me lately. We [Steve and I] go back, like, 11 years.”
