Million Dollar Listing New York's Ryan Serhant's life is never not full of exciting moments as he marks another year around the sun as well as yet another career milestone in his life on TV.
When Ryan isn't selling houses, appearing on TV, or hanging out with his wife, Emilia Bechrakis Serhant, he is rubbing elbows with celebrities, helping raise his daughter, Zena, and traveling the world. Over the past few weeks, Ryan has continued his streak of celebrating and living the high life after turning 40 and experiencing a pretty big career milestone.
Emilia Serhant Celebrates Ryan's Show, Owning Manhattan
Weeks before Ryan turned 40, Emilia had posted the sweetest tribute on Instagram to her husband in honor of his new show debuting on TV. The mom of one posted a photo of her and her hubby on the blue carpet at the premiere, looking super fabulous.
"Congratulations to Ryan Serhant the man who keeps on hustling no matter how high he goes and always remains humble as the first day I met him," she captioned the photo. "To the cast of Owning Manhattan, can't wait to see where this journey takes you all!"
Inside Ryan Serhant's 40th Birthday Celebration
Emilia celebrated her husband of almost eight years on Ryan's 40th birthday back on July 2. Emilia posted a photo of Ryan, looking more laid back than ever in a bathing suit and open shirt, showing off his abs, while holding two silver 40 balloons. Emilia stood beside him, looking fabulous in her yellow bikini.
"This is 40," Emilia wrote in the caption of the post. "Happy birthday Ryan! I am so proud of you. I hope all your dreams come true because I don't know another person who deserves it more!"
Emilia also took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a series of photos of her and Ryan from the start of their relationship until now. "From his 20's...to his 30's...to his 40's...He's still hotter than ever!," she wrote over the pictures. "Happy birthday Ryan!"

Although there has been a lot of attention on Ryan lately, due to this exciting premiere and his big milestone birthday, he has been bringing back all of the attention to Zena. In an Instagram post on Father's Day, Ryan opened up about how being a dad has given him an even bigger purpose.
"When I look at Zena, my warrior princess, I'm filled with immeasurable pride and joy," Ryan wrote. "Watching her grow up so quickly reminds me how precious this journey of fatherhood is. I don't take a single moment for granted, even though it may seem like I do when I'm buried in work and travel and filming."
