Ryan Serhant & Emilia Bechrakis Have the Sweetest Family Tradition for Daughter Zena
The MDL couple have found a creative way to share memories with their daughter.
Time flies by quickly when you’re raising kids, as Ryan Serhant and Emilia Bechrakis have learned firsthand since welcoming daughter Zena. The Million Dollar Listing New York couple is soaking up every moment with their little girl, and they’ve found a creative way to preserve some of their precious family memories along the way.
On August 21, Ryan took to Instagram to share the sweet family tradition that he and Emilia started for daughter Zena right after her birth. “When Z was born we created an e-mail for her that we send notes, photos and videos to,” he wrote alongside a photo of him and Zena standing in the ocean. “Just little things while we’re in the moment. And when she’s a teenager we will give her access (if e-mail is still a thing then...).”
As Ryan explained, the email account allows them to share anecdotes or small moments that they might otherwise have not remembered. The real estate agent went on to share one such example, writing, “I just sent her an email that said, ‘Dear Zena, I forgive you for punching me straight in the nose on the beach today. Even though you’re not yet 18 months old, you have the right hook of a 10 year old. If when you read this, you’re already an accomplished Junior MMA Champion, just know...I knew it back in August 2020. Going to get ice now. Love, Dad.’”
