Lisa Barlow Teases a Music Collaboration with an “Amazing Artist”
The RHOSLC ’Wife promises that her mystery project is “going to surprise everyone.”
The “stars in the heavens” are shining down on Lisa Barlow, baby gorgeous. After her iconic “Away in a Manger” audition performance landed her a spot in Heather Gay’s choir on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 3, the mom of two has some exciting news that will be music to your ears.
During a recent Today show interview, Lisa gave an update on her singing career, revealing that she’s “working on something fun with an amazing artist” in Los Angeles. “I can’t say who now, but I think it’s going to be cool,” she teased. “It’s going to surprise everyone.”
Don’t expect to see the RHOSLC ’Wife on America’s Got Talent anytime soon, though. “I would be too afraid of Simon Cowell to ever sing in front of him!” Lisa admitted.
When the 2023 Grammy nominations list dropped on November 15, Lisa’s rendition of the Christmas classic sadly didn’t get a nod, but she had fans covered with a special gift anyway.
“Hi, baby gorgeous. I know you were all so upset that I was snubbed for the Grammys this year, so I want to treat you to a special performance of ‘Away in a Manger,’” she announced in a Bravo TikTok video before belting out a few lines.
For those who still couldn’t get enough, Lisa sang again during her visit to the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Clubhouse on November 16, alongside fellow guest Amber Tamblyn. And even though she briefly “went off key” and temporarily “forgot” some of the lyrics, it really felt as though Christmas had come early.
Earlier, Lisa also joked that her album is “coming soon,” and it’s safe to say we’d love that.
