Teresa Giudice Just Surprised Alexia Echevarria with This Detail About Her Fiancé’s Past

They say it’s a small world — and the piping-hot, actually super-steamy, tea that The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice just truly spilled proves it.
During her candid conversation with The Real Housewives of Miami’s Alexia Echevarria for Bravo Insider’s Housewife to Housewife, it is revealed that Alexia actually met Teresa’s fiancé, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, before she did. Yes, you read that right. But, as you can see in the Housewife to Housewife clip above, released this week, the revelation kind of surprises Alexia.
“He said he met you in Barcelona,” Teresa shares with Alexia about an encounter several years ago. From there, Alexia ends up remembering meeting Louie, and you can hear her reflect on that meeting before being reunited with Louie, who makes a quick cameo (!) so they can catch up.

But Alexia and Teresa both knowing Louie isn’t the only thing these Real Housewives have in common. In fact, as Alexia notes in the conversation, they are more alike than anyone might realize. As Alexia shares, they both have faced “adversity and challenges,” adding, “We have a lot in common.”
