A Look Back at Season 12
The drama in the new season of RHONJ stems, in part, from the issues they faced in Season 12 that were also on display at that season’s reunion, particularly whether Teresa would include Melissa as a bridesmaid at her wedding that summer. By the time of Teresa’s wedding in August, the tension with her brother and sister-in-law had hit a new high (she later confirmed she didn’t receive a gift from them amid their rift).
The Drama Around Teresa’s Wedding That Led to the Division
At the Season 12 reunion, Teresa noted that Melissa wouldn’t be a bridesmaid at her wedding. Since then, at BravoCon 2022, Joe commented on his sister’s relationship and offered up a rather shady take on Teresa and Louie’s future. Also at BravoCon, held in October 2022, the siblings exchanged a lot of heated words with one another, all while never being in the same room.
