Andy Cohen Reveals How “Excellent” Season 13 of RHONJ Really Is (If You’re Interested)
Plus, Teresa Giudice shares she’s been watching old RHONJ episodes and it’s been an emotional experience.
Thirteen may actually be a lucky number for The Real Housewives of New Jersey. When Teresa Giudice appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on December 6, host Andy Cohen dished out a small tease of what fans should expect from Season 13.
“By the way, very excited about the new season of [The Real Housewives of New Jersey],” he shared on Monday’s episode of WWHL. “It’s excellent.”
But it wasn’t just the future of RHONJ that was a hot topic in the Clubhouse. Teresa had some feelings about the show’s drama-filled past and reflected on what it’s been like to share her life with the world over the years, as she’s been watching those throwback episodes recently.
“I’m watching it… by myself,” she said. “It’s so hurtful. It’s so painful. I’m glad I didn’t watch it before, because if I would have watched it, I don’t know what would [have] happened.”
The Garden State OG noted that watching the episodes has been “so painful” because it means she’s also reliving her family’s emotional ups and downs all over again. “It’s crazy now how the truth comes out like 10 years later,” she added.
Teresa is only recently watching the episodes, but in an interview with The Daily Dish earlier this year, she revealed her favorite moment that was captured on camera. And without giving too much away, it does, in fact, include her daughters. You can hear more about it by pressing play on the video at the top of the post.
In fact, Teresa has never been shy to reveal that the “best part of being on a reality TV show… capturing special moments with my daughters.”
At BravoCon 2022, Teresa shared how her daughters are involved in the upcoming new season of RHONJ.
“Gia and Milania like the cameras. My second daughter, Gabriella, no,” Teresa shared during BravoCon 2022 back in October, noting that in the next season, Season 13, fans will get to hear the teen “speak” more, and “it means a lot.” Teresa added, “She’s pretty amazing. Next season, you guys will hear her speak.”
As for Audriana, Teresa noted that “she’s in that middle age… I think she’s OK with the cameras. She’s there a little more this season, so we’ll see.”
