Melissa Gorga Reveals She “Wants to Make It Better” with Teresa Giudice

Could there be an end in sight for the feud between Teresa Giudice and the Gorgas? According to Melissa Gorga, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member shared as much in a new interview with Extra TV while reflecting on the drama that’s unfolded in the months since she and her husband, Joe Gorga, skipped Teresa and Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ wedding.
Referencing the newlyweds’ continued bliss, Melissa said, “Of course I’m happy for her. I want her to be so happy. I want the girls to be happy.”
“They’re in this, you know, new stage of life with a new man,” she added of Teresa’s four daughters. “And I’m happy for her… Sometimes it’s just toxic and it’s like, at what point do you say, OK, I’m done with the back-and-forth?”
“I just want to make it better at this point,” Melissa added. “I want to be able to be in the same room.”
There’s no guarantee that’s going to happen anytime soon on the current season of RHONJ, though. The above sneak peek of March 14’s all-new episode shows Teresa talking about her strained relationship with her brother during a therapy session, and as she reveals, “I called him and I said, ‘Are you ready to make peace?’ He said yeah, but then he didn’t come to my housewarming party.”
“It’s just very hurtful, you know?” Teresa continues. “And it’s sad. I looked around, I wished my parents were there, and my brother not being there, it was kinda weird.”
After all, when it comes to her extended family, “I only have my brother and his wife and my nieces and nephews,” she said. “That’s it.”
As the preview continues, Teresa goes on to talk about her and Joe’s children, telling her therapist, “I don’t want my kids to grow up without their cousins.”
Then again, “Being around my brother scares me. His temper is out of control,” Teresa says. “I don’t want to see that anymore. All this toxicity hurts.”
