Larsa Pippen “Couldn’t Be More Proud” of Son Scotty Pippen Jr. Signing with the Lakers
The RHOM cast member shared the exciting news of her and Scottie Pippen’s son’s major accomplishment.
Larsa Pippen and Scottie Pippen are celebrating their son Scotty Pippen Jr.’s latest accomplishment, and it’s a major one! The Real Housewives of Miami cast member recently took to Instagram to share the huge news that her son is following in his basketball legend father’s footsteps by joining the NBA, as he just signed on with the Los Angeles Lakers.
“Congrats my love!!! You’re going to your fav team [Los Angeles Lakers],” Larsa wrote in the caption of her June 23 post, alongside an official announcement and photo of her basketball star son. She went on to add, “I couldn’t be more proud of you.”
Scotty also shared the news on his Instagram, writing in the caption of his post, “Dreams do come true. Let’s get to work.”
The RHOM mom and her ex-husband shared their excitement over their son’s achievement together, as Larsa posted several photos from the family’s recent celebrations on her Instagram Story.
“Here we come [Lakers],” she wrote in one of her posts, which showed Scotty popping a bottle of champagne. Larsa also revealed the special basketball-themed cake in honor of the occasion, as well as a sweet moment between father and son, as Scottie and Scotty Jr. shared a heartwarming hug.
Fans first met the Pippen kids in Season 1 of RHOM, and since then, Larsa has made sure to share plenty of updates about her and Scottie’s four kids: Scotty Jr., Preston, Justin, and Sophia.
Last month, she shared a precious photo of Sophia and Justin together, writing in the caption of her post, “Team Pippen.”
Larsa also shared a stunning selfie with Sophia, captioning the post, “My mini me.”
And the proud mom revealed the bond she shares with Scotty by capturing a sweet moment laughing with her son and posting it on Instagram. She wrote in the caption of her post, “My [heart emoji].”
