Shane Keough's Heartfelt Message for Niece Decker's 5th Birthday Will Melt Your Heart

It’s clear that family is very important for Shane Keough. The son of The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Jeana Keough is always there for his loved ones in times of need, and now, he’s showing them lots of love on a very special occasion. The proud uncle shared a touching Instagram post to celebrate the fifth birthday of his niece, Decker.  

“I can’t believe you are five years old today. It doesn’t feel that long ago when @karakeoughbox first handed you to me, and at that moment, I was an uncle,” Shane wrote alongside an adorable photo of himself holding sister Kara Keough Bosworth’s daughter Decker as a newborn. “Now, five years later, you roll your eyes while saying ‘uuuuuuunnnnnnccccclleee’ when you’re annoyed with me trolling you.” 

Shane went on to explain how his uncle-niece relationship with Decker has flourished as she’s grown up and included a variety of photos of the super cute duo bonding over the years. 

“It’s fun learning with you, from you, and watching your mother teach you. It’s been a crazy year since your last birthday, and I am so happy I’ve been able to spend nearly every day with you since I came to Jax. You’ve had to grow during some of the most challenging situations that I wouldn’t wish on anyone, but you’ve handled it all like someone much older than you,” Shane continued in his heartfelt caption. “You’re very special, and I’m very thankful to be your uncle. Happy birthday, Decker!” 

As if Shane’s caption wasn’t enough to put you in your feelings, Jeana’s sweet comment will most definitely do the trick. “I can’t wait for you to have a child Shane, you will be a great dad,” she wrote under Decker’s birthday post, to which Shane replied, “Thanks momma.”
