Crystal Kung Minkoff Addresses Those RHOBH Rumors That She Lost 14 Friends
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast rehashes Lisa Rinna’s accusation during the Season 12 reunion.
The debate over Crystal Kung Minkoff supposedly having “a falling-out” with 14 of her friends — an accusation originally made by Lisa Rinna — is picking back up at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 reunion.
In the above preview of tomorrow’s brand-new episode, reunion host Andy Cohen reads a fan-submitted question on the matter and Crystal responds by sharing the “incredible advice” she received from Lisa, of all people. “I just said, you know, I’ve been dealing with some women that are suddenly not talking to me since I’ve done the show, and she said, ‘Get ready, this is the beginning.’”
But before Crystal can continue, Kyle Richards interjects and says, “You said that since you’ve been on the show you’ve noticed a difference with these women, but some of these women have been asked to be on the show.”
The conversation then turns into one of semantics as the pair goes back and forth over when Crystal’s 14 friends allegedly began distancing themselves from her. Kyle calls the subject “confusing” and tells Crystal that she’s “contradicting” herself, adding, “You just changed the story. You said the women, after you started filming, they got weird and [Lisa] said, ‘Get used to it because you’re on a TV show now.’”
“Let me clarify,” Crystal responds. “It started before I filmed.”
“OK, so it has nothing to do with you being on TV then,” Kyle says. “I heard about it [having] completely nothing to do with the show, but I don’t want to talk about stuff that was said about it.”
That may change at some point during the reunion, but in the meantime, Crystal is poking fun at the whole thing. After recently sharing a photo with several of her friends, one commenter wrote, “Wait, hold up! Are these [nine] of Crystal’s friends?”
“Yes!!” Crystal responded with a crying-laughing emoji. “And if they turn out to be a--holes, they’ll be added to my 14 rejects.”
